In the Event of a Cancelation

Non-Holiday Refund Policy

 

Stephen asks that you give him at least 72 hours (3 days) or more to cancel a non-holiday petsit reservation with no cancelation fees (i.e. 100% refund).   

 

The non-holiday refund policy is as follows - if you cancel:

 

72 hours or more (3+ days) = 100% refund

25 - 48 hours  = 50% refund

0 - 24 hours = no refund

 

Where there is a refund involved, you have the option of being issued credit for future petsitting services or being issued a refund in the same manner you paid for the services.  

 

Holiday Refund Policy

 

Should a reservation include one of the holiday days, more than 7 days notice is requested for a full refund.

 

Holidays include:  Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day through Sunday and Christmas Day through to New Year's Day.

If you cancel up to and including 7 days for holiday reservations, there is no refund.

No Refunds or Credit Issued

 

The following are grounds for no refunds or credit issued:

 

  • cancel within 24 hours or less prior to the day of the non-holiday reservations   

  • cancel a holiday reservation  from 0 to 7 days

  • return home earlier than expected
